How to Request a Data Feed

REALTOR®BrokerBridge Authority

Request an ITSO data feed in Bridge. Follow the section that matches your role.

Note: Before anyone in the office can start, the Broker of Record or Bridge Authority must sign in on their own account and access the EULA.

If you are a REALTOR®

  1. Sign in at www.itsorealestate.ca.
  2. Open Bridge Agreement Management on the dashboard.
  3. Select Create new agreement.
  4. Under Authorized Tech Provider - ATP, find your vendor.
  5. Review and accept the terms to continue.
  6. Complete the questionnaire completely and accurately. Select only the feed types you need. IDX and VOW are the most common. Do not select a feed your vendor does not support.
  7. Select Execute Agreement.

After you execute, others on the agreement will receive an email and must complete their signature section before proceeding.

You cannot request an In-House feed. Do not use Setup API application.

If you are the Broker of Record or a Bridge Authority

Access the EULA

  1. Sign in at www.itsorealestate.ca.
  2. Open Bridge Agreement Management.
  3. Access the EULA on your own account. Other people in the office cannot request feeds until this is done.

Request a feed with a vendor

  1. Select Create new agreement.
  2. Find the vendor. Website vendors are under Authorized Tech Provider - ATP. Consumer sites are under Consumer Facing Website - CFW. Internal office tools are under Back Office ATP Agreement.
  3. Review and accept the terms to continue.
  4. Complete the questionnaire completely and accurately. Select only the feed types you need.
  5. Select Execute Agreement.

After you execute, others on the agreement will receive an email and must complete their signature section before proceeding.

Request an In-House feed

Use In-House when your brokerage hosts the website or application with its own IT team. There is no ATP.

  1. Select Create new agreement.
  2. Under Brokerage Agreement, open ITSO Brokerage Agreement - In-House.
  3. Select Create agreement.
  4. Review and accept the terms to continue.
  5. Complete the questionnaire completely and accurately. Select only the feed types you need.
  6. Select Execute Agreement.

After you execute, others on the agreement will receive an email and must complete their signature section before proceeding. Then select Setup API application. Create the application first, then open the API credentials for that application.

In-House credentials are for your brokerage only. You cannot use Request Data Access to pull data from other systems the way an ATP can.
