A Ranking Report uses points, not a raw listing count. One agent on a side gets 1 point. More than one agent on that side gets 0.5 points each.
Points
- Single List Agent: 1 point on the list side.
- Single Buyer Agent: 1 point on the buyer side.
- More than one List Agent or more than one Buyer Agent: 0.5 points each on that side. The side is not split by the number of agents.
Examples
Three agents on the list side and three on the buyer side. Each of the six agents gets 0.5 points.
The same person is the only List Agent and the only Buyer Agent. That person gets 1 point on the list side and 1 point on the buyer side.
The same person is the Buyer Agent, and there is more than one List Agent. Each List Agent gets 0.5 points. The sole Buyer Agent gets 1 point.
The Total column
If the same person is both List Agent and Buyer Agent, the Sold Price is counted twice in the Total column.
Check a Ranking Report
- Run the Ranking Report.
- Run a Cross Property Search for listings where that user is on the list side or the buy side. Use the same criteria as the report. Ranking Reports use Pending Date. Use that date in the search.
- Open the Ranking Report Verification display (Member Association staff). Review the results in the browser or export to Excel. Search for the user’s login ID to see their place on the listing, then add the points.
Sole List Agent or sole Buyer Agent: 1 point. Both sides: 1 point per side. More than one user on a side: 0.5 each on that side.

- Ranking Reports use Pending Date.
- When a side has more than one agent, each person on that side gets 0.5 points.
