DOM counts on-market days for one listing. CDOM counts on-market days for a property across multiple listings. If a listing is cancelled and re-listed, the new listing starts at 0 DOM. CDOM carries over until the property has been off the market for at least 60 days.

CDOM measures the number of days a property has been available on the market, across multiple listings, until it moves to an off-market status.
If a listing is cancelled and re-listed, CDOM continues on the new listing until the property has been off the market for at least 60 days.
Tips
- Cancellations must follow the proper procedure under MLS® Rules and Policies. Do not cancel and re-list without following that procedure.
- CDOM starts over only after the property has been off the market for at least 60 days.
