Requesting a Feed: Step-by-Step Instructions

To access the Bridge Agreement Management platform to manage your data feeds, please follow these detailed instructions:

  1. Log Into ITSO Real Estate:
    • Go to itsorealestate.ca.
    • Look for the Bridge Agreement icon in the Applications section.
  2. Access Bridge Interactive:
    • Click on the Bridge Agreement icon to enter the Bridge Interactive platform.
    • Note: Data feeds created here only include content from the ITSO MLS® System, not from other provincial MLS® systems.
  3. Broker of Record Responsibilities:
    • Brokers of Record supervise all websites operated by their brokerage and must approve requests from REALTORS®.
    • When a Broker of Record logs into the Bridge Interactive dashboard, they first need to agree to the terms and conditions, allowing REALTORS® to request data feeds.
  4. Ensure Proper Authorization:
    • If a Broker of Record has delegated authority to a managing broker, ensure this designation is recorded with the Member Association staff. Contact your Member Association directly and inform them you would like to delegate Bridge authority.
  5. Creating a New Agreement:
    • Once logged in, click on Create a New Agreement. This section is for requesting a feed for your brokerage website or internal applications.
    • You will see options like:
      • ITSO - Broker Authorization of Authorized Technology Provider (ATP)
      • ITSO Brokerage Agreement - In-House
      • ITSO Consumer Facing Website Authorization
      • Back Office ATP Agreement
  6. Filling Out the Agreement:
    • When requesting a data feed, choose from IDX, VOW, Office Active, or Back Office feeds. Be sure to clearly indicate specifically which feed you would like. Select all that apply.
    • Ensure you are accurately entering information, if asked.
    • For VOW feeds, note that an annual fee of $1500 + HST must be paid ahead of granted  data access.
  7. Completing and Executing the Agreement:
    • After agreeing to the terms, fill out the required questionnaire. Incomplete or inaccurate questionnaires will result in the application be declined. Be sure to accurately fill in all information.
    • Click on the green Next button, then the Execute Agreement button to complete your request. Notifications will be sent to all relevant parties once executed.
  8. Managing Existing Agreements:
    • To view existing agreements, select View Existing Agreements from the home screen or the Existing Agreements tab.
    • You can check for any waiting agreements through the Waiting on me option.
    • If you need to edit, decline, or manage agreements, you can do so from this section.
