Open the OneHome Agent Portal to see clients who have OneHome accounts, preview their account, and review favourites, dislikes, Agent Picks, and Agent Discards.
Open from agent.onehome.com
- Go to agent.onehome.com.
- On REALTOR® Login, in MLS® System Operator, search for Information Technology Systems Ontario and select it.
- Select Continue.
- Sign in with your REALTOR.ca SSO account.
- On Contacts, review clients with OneHome accounts.

- Sign in at www.itsorealestate.ca.
- Select Agent Portal.
- Sign in with your REALTOR.ca SSO account.
Note: If you are already in Matrix, OneHome Agent Portal is accessible from the TOOLS menu.
In the Agent Portal
- On Contacts, search with Search for a name or email, or set Sort By to Most Recent, Name (A-Z), or Name (Z-A).
- Select Preview Account on a contact.
- Open Buy / Rent for New Search, or open My Properties for Favourites, Agent Picks, Dislikes, and Agent Discards.
- Select Return to Contacts to leave preview.
- Select Manage Branding to open Branding Center. See Branding Center and Brand Kits in Matrix.
- Select Help for Agent Support or Client Support.
Tips
- Bookmark agent.onehome.com for the primary Agent Portal login.
- Contacts only lists clients who already have OneHome accounts. To invite a contact, see Invite a Contact to OneHome.
