# Access the OneHome Agent Portal

Open the OneHome Agent Portal to see clients who have OneHome accounts, preview their account, and review favourites, dislikes, Agent Picks, and Agent Discards.

## Open from agent.onehome.com

1. Go to [agent.onehome.com](https://agent.onehome.com/).
2. On REALTOR® Login, in MLS® System Operator, search for Information Technology Systems Ontario and select it.
3. Select Continue.
4. Sign in with your REALTOR.ca SSO account.
5. On Contacts, review clients with OneHome accounts.

## From itsorealestate.ca

1. Sign in at [www.itsorealestate.ca](https://www.itsorealestate.ca/).
2. Select Agent Portal.
3. Sign in with your REALTOR.ca SSO account.

**Note:** If you are already in Matrix, OneHome Agent Portal is accessible from the TOOLS menu.

## In the Agent Portal

1. On Contacts, search with Search for a name or email, or set Sort By to Most Recent, Name (A-Z), or Name (Z-A).
2. Select Preview Account on a contact.
3. Open Buy / Rent for New Search, or open My Properties for Favourites, Agent Picks, Dislikes, and Agent Discards.
4. Select Return to Contacts to leave preview.
5. Select Manage Branding to open Branding Center. See [Branding Center and Brand Kits in Matrix](https://support.itsosystems.ca/kb/119).
6. Select Help for Agent Support or Client Support.

## Tips

- Bookmark [agent.onehome.com](https://agent.onehome.com/) for the primary Agent Portal login.
- Contacts only lists clients who already have OneHome accounts. To invite a contact, see [Invite a Contact to OneHome](https://support.itsosystems.ca/kb/130).
