# Showing System in Matrix

The showing system for your listings comes from your brokerage or office record — not from a setting on each listing.

## Office-level control

The showing system is controlled at the brokerage / office level. You cannot change it listing by listing.

Whatever the office record has selected as the showing system is what appears for **all** listings from that office.

If your office needs a different showing system, ask your Broker of Record or office administrator — or your Member Association — to update the office record. Do not look for a showing-system setting on an individual listing in ADD/EDIT (Listings Manager).

## Interboard listings and super subscribers

**Note:** Interboard listings (including super subscribers) do **not** have showing-system links on them. The showing system for those listings is handled through their primary MLS® provider.

## Tips

- Expect the same showing system on every listing from the same office. A change on the office record applies to all of that office’s listings.
- Open houses are separate from the office showing system — see [Open Houses in Matrix](https://support.itsosystems.ca/kb/112).
- Name, email, phone, and office details still come from your Member Association member management system — see [Update My Information in Matrix](https://support.itsosystems.ca/kb/125).
